About Your Utilities
Water & Sewer Service
The City of Fairview operates a municipally-owned water and sewer system serving all properties within city limits. Water is sourced from the Newton County Regional Water Distribution District and treated to all applicable Missouri Department of Natural Resources standards.
NEW SERVICE FEES
Water Deposit $125.00
Sewer Deposit $125.00
Water bills are issued monthly and are due by the 15th of each month. A penalty will be applied to all late payments. Service disconnection occurs for balances more than 60 days past due.
OTHER FEES:

Non-Payment Disconnect Fee $50.00
Non-Payment Reconnect Fee $25.00
Sewer and trash service charges are billed on the monthly utility statement. Residents with septic systems not connected to the city sewer main should contact City Hall for inspection requirements.
