Stray Animal Trapping Program — Spring 2026
The City of Fairview is partnering with Newton County Animal Control to offer free humane trap lending for residents dealing with stray or nuisance animals. Traps are available for 7-day loans at City Hall. Animal Control will pick up trapped animals weekdays. For loose dogs or cats in distress, call Newton County Animal Control at 417-451-8221.
